Long time CT subscriber Sam Bailey purchased his C10 back in 2003. It was in pretty good shape when he picked it up and he drove it in its stock form up until 2010 when he decided it was time for a full rodstoration. Sam tore the pickup down to its bare frame and after having it sandblasted he reassembled it adding fresh 13-inch disc brakes, all new brake lines, new CPP suspension with a 2-4-inch drop, a 383-cube stroker small-block backed by a Tremec TKO 600 five-speed and a 12-bolt Posi rearend. Sam installed a complete new wiring harness himself, and bolted up a set of 18- and 20-inch Foose wheels wrapped in Nitto rubber to finish up the chassis work and get it on the ground. With a fresh foundation and driveline, Sam turned his attention to the body and interior next. GB Customs handled the body work and paint, and Sam enlisted Mick’s Upholstery to redo the Chevys seats, dash pad, visors, and door panels which he in-turn reinstalled himself.
