Could Phil Simpler’s second-gen be the coolest ride in the North Pole? It very well could be! Phil originally found this ’71 RS/SS Camaro out of Bend, Oregon, and has completed a number of modifications since then. Underhood is a built 10.5:1 compression 383 ci, featuring a Scat crank, Scat I-beam rod, and Probe pistons. For induction duties, he relies on a set of Dart Iron Eagle heads, a Weiand Team G manifold, and a Speed Demon carburetor. We also dig the fact that he rows the gears with a Muncie M21 four-speed transmission!
