We're plain nuts for El Caminos. Russell began with a full frame-off restoration and took the time to build a potent 0.030-inch overbored 327 small-block. He added KB domed slugs, aluminum heads, a Comp roller cam, and a dual-plane intake with an 850 double-pumper up top. Expelling fumes, Russell utilized Hedman headers with 3-inch pipes all the way back. For suspension he added drop spindles up front with Hotchkis springs and sway bars and UMI adjustable control arms out back.
