I agree with the the consumers. This is a B.S. lawsuite! The lawers need to stop this. How trivial must your time be if this is what you are worried about. This made me a Honda buyer! I love Hondas in the first place. Hell if this is the way they want to go they can come after me for using TOYOTA in a sentence ! Get a F*@KING LIFE Toyota ! !

My two cents: I work at an Ad Agency and Scion is one of the accounts we deal with. This image is definitely a first-party visual and belongs to Toyota. I'm not taking sides in this unfortunate and petty squabble - I just want to clarify that this definitely IS Toyota-generated content, not fan art.

are you kidding, we you go to disney land or buy any toys for your kids because they will sue you if you draw one of there characters on your wall and display it that is copyright in fringement, , you think that toyota is the only company protecting there rights, grow up, they most likely do not what there name ruined out there with junk like the first one I saw (wallpaper) so get a life and grow up

If scion did release this in 06 - then surely they must have proofs on file to prove their copyright ownership. But then again - I still don't see where toyota is worse off because their marketing materials are being displayed, or where they stand to make money on their pictures. They make the pictures to show to people to buy their cars - not to license out.

Wellps.. All the BS put forth by Toyota with their copyright "gespato" has made up my mind. I will not be buying a new Tundra. I think a Dodge Dakota may be a better choice.
