There was a lot of work done by Pete's Fabrication in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to Bob Gaucher's Plymouth, which included hand-forming a Dodge Charger–type grille opening, hand-making taillight assemblies, and shaving the doors and the trunk. Chassis work includes a Kugel Komponents–based IFS with a Mustang rack-and-pinion along with a Hydro-Boost power brake system as well. Three-piston Wilwood disc brake calipers are on each corner as are American Racing Hopster wheels (18 and 20 inch) wrapped in BFGoodrich (235/40-18 and 295/45-20) rubber. A RideTech ARC4100e2 Ride Pro airbag system controls the profile, and a 502 GM crate engine supplies the power.
