One of drag racing's most prolific Pro Mod drivers, Mike Castellana collected yet another major Championship title at the end of the 2012 racing season. Driving his Al-Anabi-sponsored '12 Camaro, which features an ultra high-tech, nitrous-injected Reher-Morrison engine program, with tuning by Shannon Jenkins, Castellana prevailed to win the ADRL's inaugural Aeromotive-sponsored Pro Modified championship. That category was introduced new into the eighth-mile ADRL circuit last year. Castellana, who is from New York and has won World Pro Mod titles in both the NHRA and IHRA, won five races in his RJ Race Cars-built Camaro on the way to the championship this season. It was his second ADRL World title. The year before Mike won ADRL's Pro Nitrous class Championship-also while driving a Camaro.
