This is the ’31 Chevy that Fred Perrenoud, who lives in East Sparta, OH, and a friend, Dave Murphy, built in seven months, and he’s been driving it year ’round (snow permitting) for the last few years. A four-door sedan, it’s chopped, primered, and has a 327 with three-twos that backs to a TH400. Suspension includes a 10-bolt Chevy Nova rearend with a four-link system, and the interior features Vintage Air’s heat and A/C system, complemented with lots of Dynamat. Perrenoud says it’s pretty quick and steers like a go-kart, plus it has a rear window wiper!
